Search Engine Optimisation For Kafunta Safaris

Intergise has been engaged to conduct a search engine optimisation program for Kafunta Safaris' website.
The focus on this project was to optimise Kafunta Safaris' website with the goal to increase its ranking with the search engines and to increase traffic. As the way the website had been constructed was effecting its performance the entire website had to be rebuilt from scratch. Kafunta Safaris took this opportunity to revamp their website with a fresh look.
Kafunta Safaris is owned and run by Ron & Anke Cowan. With 17 years experience in the safari industry in Zambia, Kafunta Safaris pride themselves on their high attention to detail and will provide an ultimate wilderness safari for you.
They operate Kafunta River Lodge - a classic safari lodge and Island Bush Camp- a small, personalised camp on the only habitable island in the Luangwa River.
For the more adventurous wildlife enthusiast they offer safaris that cover the whole of the Luangwa Valley including North Luangwa and Luambe National Parks. All their safaris are conducted in open 4x4 vehicles by highly qualified and experienced safari guides.
Like many websites the minimal optimisaton that had been undertaken was ineffective at best and damaging at worst. The website was given a complete overhaul and correct, effective optimisation was implemented throughout the site. Once the website was relaunched it was registered with major search engines and directories.
Post launch an ongoing link development program and a content management program have been initiated to continue to build the the website's ranking and ensure it remains fresh and relevant.
