Online Advertising Exceeds Newspaper Ads in 2010
An interesting fact has just been announced by the Pew Research Center’s Project for Excellence in Journalism regarding online advertising. For the first time, 2010 saw marketers spend more money on online advertising than in newspapers. On a related note, 2010 was the first time that online news readership overtook that of print readership. The study was US based but gives us an interesting insight into the future of advertising.
