TripAdvisor 2011 Accommodation Owner Survey Results

TripAdvisor announced the results of its first annual survey of accommodation owners. The U.S. focussed survey survey was of more than 1,000 accommodation owners including hoteliers, B&B and guest house owners. Social Media Marketing on the Rise The majority of owners (57%) are increasing their use of social media more to engage with their guests with a planning increase to their social media marketing budget.  Only a small portion (6%) are planning to reduce their social media marketing budget with 36% planning to keep it at its current level.
